Introducing Artilio: client galleries built for how photographers actually work

We built Artilio because photographer gallery tools are designed for demos, not for actual studio work. Uploading files at midnight after a long wedding. Maintaining separate gallery links for the couple vs. 200 guests. Chasing clients who never chose their selections. The day-to-day reality of delivering work to clients has always been harder than it needs to be.

What Artilio does

A gallery in Artilio is not a flat folder of photos. It has chapters, named sections that let you and the client navigate a narrative. The ceremony. The portraits. The reception. The boudoir. Each chapter is a group of photos with a name.

The defining feature is per-chapter visibility. Create one gallery. Give the couple access to all five chapters. Give the 200 wedding guests a different link that shows only ceremony, portraits, and reception. The boudoir chapter does not exist for the guests: not just hidden, not just blurred, invisible. One gallery. Two audiences. No duplication.

Most other gallery platforms require separate galleries for different audiences: double uploads, double links, double work whenever a client requests a change. Per-chapter visibility eliminates all of that.

Built for the EU

Artilio is hosted on European infrastructure. Your photos live in EU data centres and are delivered to clients from the EU CDN. We issue proper EU VAT invoices automatically. For EU businesses, VAT reverse-charge applies at checkout when you enter your VAT-EU number.

This is not a checkbox. It is the reason we built in Europe rather than deploying a US product here.

The AI assistant

We shipped an AI assistant inside the dashboard. You can create a gallery by typing a sentence. You can set up per-chapter access by describing what you want. You can ask which clients have not picked their selections and get a real answer.

You can also connect Artilio to Claude via the MCP connector. If Claude is already your main AI tool, you can manage galleries without ever opening the Artilio dashboard.
