The AI assistant
Ask Artilio questions, create galleries, manage access, and check on client activity, by typing a sentence. Available inside the dashboard and via Claude.
The Artilio AI assistant lets you manage your galleries by writing or speaking a sentence instead of navigating menus. It understands your context, your galleries, your clients, your chapters, and turns plain English into real actions.
The assistant is available in two places: inside the Artilio dashboard (the chat icon in the left sidebar), and through Claude, the AI assistant made by Anthropic, via the Artilio MCP connector.
What you can ask
Here are things you can ask the assistant right now:
- "Create a draft gallery for the Smith wedding. Add chapters: Preparation, Ceremony, Portraits, Reception, Boudoir."
- "For the Smith gallery, give Sarah and Mike access to all chapters. Give wedding guests a secret link that only shows Ceremony, Portraits, and Reception."
- "Did anyone pick their photos in my galleries this week?"
- "Show me my five biggest galleries, I need to archive something."
- "Which clients haven't picked their selections in the last 30 days?"
- "How much storage am I using?"
- "Revoke the guest link for the Johnson gallery, I sent the wrong one."
Creating galleries by talking
You can describe a gallery from scratch and the assistant builds it:
"Hey, create a gallery for tomorrow's brand shoot at Mokotów. Chapters: Hero shots, Lifestyle, Product details. Draft mode, do not share yet."
The assistant creates the gallery with the right structure, confirms what it did, and returns a link you can open directly. You do not have to touch the form.
Managing access by talking
Access management is often the most time-consuming part. The assistant handles it in plain English:
"For the SP nr 5 school gallery, generate a unique link for each class, each link should see only its own chapter."
The assistant generates one link per chapter, scopes each link to its chapter only, and returns the full table. You paste it straight into your message to the school coordinator.
Inside the dashboard

Open the assistant by clicking the chat icon in the left sidebar. The assistant remembers the context of the current conversation but does not persist memory across sessions.
The assistant is powered by a leading large language model. Your conversations are not used to train AI models.
Via Claude (MCP)
If you use Claude.ai or Claude Desktop on your computer, you can connect Artilio and run all the same commands from inside Claude. This is useful if Claude is already your main AI tool and you want Artilio management to happen there without switching tabs.
See Connect Artilio to Claude for setup instructions.
