Plans and pricing
What are the plan tiers?
Artilio has three plans: Minimum, Pro, and Studio.
- Minimum: 250 GB storage, unlimited galleries, watermarks with position control, included subdomain on artilio.studio.
- Pro: 500 GB storage, custom domain, image versioning, gallery presets, portfolio page, and advanced branding.
- Studio: 2 TB storage, multiple custom domains, analytics, auto-unpublish/archive, and everything in Pro.
Do you charge commission on print sales?
No. 0% commission on all plans. You keep 100% of your print sales.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial, but you are not charged until it ends. There is also a 30-day money-back guarantee after your first payment.
Do you issue EU VAT invoices?
Yes. A proper EU VAT invoice is issued and emailed automatically after every payment. For EU businesses with a valid VAT-EU number, reverse-charge applies, enter your VAT-EU ID at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, SEPA, BLIK, Przelewy24, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all via Stripe. Annual plans can be invoiced for bank transfer.
Storage and files
How long are my galleries and photos stored?
Your galleries and photos stay online for as long as the gallery exists and your subscription is active. There is no time limit and they do not expire on their own. If your subscription ends, you have a 30-day window to download everything, after which the files are removed.
What happens if I reach my storage limit?
You receive an email at 90% usage. Your existing galleries remain accessible to clients. You cannot upload more photos until you upgrade or archive old galleries. Contact us about storage add-ons if you need more on the Studio plan.
Can I archive old galleries to free up space?
Yes. Archives remove the files from active storage but preserve the gallery metadata. On the Studio plan, archiving can happen automatically after a set period.
Sharing and access
Are my galleries private by default?
Yes. Every gallery is private until you share it. You can protect it with a gallery password, invite specific people by email, or create a secret link. Remove the password only when you want the gallery open to anyone who has the link.
What if my client forgets the gallery password?
The password belongs to the gallery, not to the client, so there is nothing for them to reset. Open the gallery's sharing settings to view the current password and send it again, or generate a new one. A new password replaces the old one immediately.
Can I share one gallery with different audiences who see different photos?
Yes, this is per-chapter visibility. You create chapters inside a gallery and then control, per access grant, which chapters each person sees. The couple sees everything. The guests see only the chapters you allow. No duplicate galleries.
Can I revoke a link after sharing it?
Yes. Both named access and secret links can be revoked at any time. Revocation is immediate, the next page load by the client returns an "access expired" error.
What happens when a secret link expires?
Anyone who tries to open the link sees an "access expired" message. The photos are not deleted. You can create a new link for the same gallery at any time.
AI and integrations
Does the AI assistant cost extra?
No. The AI assistant is included in all plans. You can access it from the dashboard chat or via the Claude MCP connector.
Which AI models does the assistant use?
The Artilio assistant is powered by a leading large language model. Your conversations are not used to train AI models.
How do I connect Artilio to Claude Desktop?
Go to Account → Integrations and follow the Claude Desktop setup instructions. You will get a JSON snippet to add to your Claude Desktop config. See Connect Artilio to Claude for the full walkthrough.
